1. Services
Grace Services provides professional handyman services in the San Francisco Peninsula, South Bay, and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
2. Estimates & Pricing
Pricing is a flat rate per 90-minute visit (no trip charge, no diagnostic fee). Prices do NOT include materials. Materials are client-supplied; if we source them, a $50 sourcing fee applies and is quoted before the visit. Final pricing is quoted up front before work begins.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept Visa, MC, Amex, Apple Pay, Zelle, and cash. An invoice is emailed after the job.
4. Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $50 late-cancellation fee.
5. Scope of Services
Grace Services performs handyman tasks consistent with California Business & Professions Code §7048.5 (AB 2622 exemption). All services are capped at a total contract price under $1,000 (labor + materials combined). Work requiring specialty licenses is outside our scope and will be referred to licensed specialists.
6. Liability
Grace Services carries general liability insurance up to $1,000,000 per occurrence. Our liability is limited to the scope of services performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or issues not identified in the initial assessment.
7. Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship. Most labor warranties are 30 days from date of service. Materials sourced by the client are not covered under our workmanship warranty.
