Grace Services provides professional handyman services in the Sacramento Metro Area. All services are subject to California AB 2622 handyman exemption (projects under $1,000).
No trip charge, no diagnostic fee, no surprises. The tech arrives with the tools to complete the agreed work — nothing more, nothing less.
All applicable fees are included in your initial quote — no hidden charges. If a diagnostic or service-call fee applies for your visit and you proceed with the repair, that fee is credited toward the cost of the repair.
Materials are client-supplied unless otherwise agreed. If we source materials on your behalf, a $50 sourcing fee applies, quoted before the visit.
You may cancel or reschedule at no charge with reasonable advance notice.
You may cancel within 3 business days (5 for seniors 65+) for a full refund. This cancellation right does not apply to diagnostic work already completed at the time of cancellation -- any diagnostic or service-call fee for a visit already performed is non-refundable, though where applicable it is credited toward the cost of the repair if you proceed with the work.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
We perform replacements, installations, and repairs at existing fixtures only. We do not perform new wiring runs, new supply line installations, or structural work. All work complies with California contractor law (CA B&P §7048).

These Terms are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Sacramento County courts, California.
